As ever i must expect the unexpected. On this particular day i found myself roped into cutting the ribbon in an inauguration ceremony and later in the day giving out trophies in a sports tournament. Normally things that would mortify me…but here you just have to go with it…

The inauguration was for a new wing of the dispensary for the orphanage kids who get sick…
Meanwhile as part of Children’s Day celebrations, sports tournaments were going on in the school playing fields…
So while the girls were outside playing throwball (kind of a cross between volleyball and catch), the smaller girls were entertaining themselves in the empty gym…
